Article Guildelines

Follow these important guidelines when submitting your research article for ICSSIM 2025. Ensure compliance with legal and academic standards to facilitate a smooth submission process.

Legal Responsibility

The research owner is responsible for the legal consequences which may arise. ICSSIM is not affiliated, and the licensing of the research will be published by the Shastra Educational Connections Co., Ltd. (Thailand).

Author Attribution

In case the research is an integral part of education, put the student's name first then the consulting professor second and / or third and provide the academic status with affiliation.

Submission Process

Submit the original to website after paying the registration fee at the specified rate or contact the conference organizers.

Online Article Guidelines

Follow these steps to submit your research article online for ICSSIM 2025. Ensure you complete each step carefully to facilitate a smooth submission process.

Registration and Login

After completing your registration, check that you can successfully log in to the submission system.

Submit Your Article

Navigate to the 'Submit Article' section in the menu bar. Follow the on-screen instructions to upload your paper.

Review Submission Guidelines

Carefully read the description on how to upload your paper and ensure you fill out all required information correctly.

Await Expert Review

After submission, your research will be reviewed by the Board of Experts. Once reviewed, you will receive a response regarding your presentation along with a confirmation in the system.

Article Writing Guidelines

Follow these detailed instructions to format your article correctly for ICSSIM 2025. Adhering to these guidelines ensures consistency and readability across all submissions.

Article Length and Margins
The article should not exceed 8-10 pages of A4 paper (including the abstract and references).
Margins setting should be 1 inch on each side.
Font and Formatting
Use Times New Roman font as specified below:
- Title: capitalize, size 20, bold, and centered.
- Author’s name: size 16, bold, and centered.
- Footnote: size 10, normal, and left-aligned.
- Section titles: size 14, bold, and centered.
- Main text: size 12, normal, and left-aligned.
Tables and Figures
Charts and tables should be centered and formatted according to the guidelines. Each should be labeled with a name and a number (if more than one).
Required Article Structure
The sections of the paper must include: Title, Author, Abstract (with at least two keywords), Introduction, Conclusion, and References.
Optional Article Sections
Depending on the methodology, the body of the paper may include: Concepts and Theories, Literature Review, Research Objectives, Research Methodology, and Research Results.
Citations and References
Use author-date in-text citation. All references must be in the reference list. All citations and the reference list must follow the APA (American Psychological Association) format.

Presentation Guidelines

Follow these instructions for your online presentation via Zoom at ICSSIM 2025

PowerPoint Presentation

The presenter will create a PowerPoint to accompany the oral presentation. It should be topical and not overly detailed.

First Slide Content

The first slide should contain the title and the presenter's name.

Video Submission

The presenter must submit a 10-minute video presentation in advance to icssim@sastraedu.com between December 8-12, 2025.

Live Q&A Session

The submitted video will be shown during the Zoom meeting, followed by a live Q&A session with the presenter.
